Enga.gd ("we", "our", "us") is a web application operated by Learngistics Inc. that lets event organizers add interactive checkpoints, leaderboards and other gamification features to virtual or in-person events.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains:
- what personal information we collect when you visit enga.gd or use any Enga.gd product (the "Services"),
- how we use, share and store that information, and
- the choices and rights you have.
By using the Services, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service and our Cookie Policy.
3. Information we collect

5. How we share information
We never sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Event organisers (your employer or the company hosting the event) for legitimate business reasons such as awarding prizes.
- Legal authorities when required to comply with law or protect our rights & users' safety.
6. International transfers
Your data may be stored on servers in Canada, the United States or the European Economic Area. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards where local law requires.
7. YouTube API Services disclosure
Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google or YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- We access only the
youtube.readonlyscope to confirm whether you subscribe to our YouTube channel. - We store the resulting OAuth token and your subscription status solely to award event points; we do not share or sell this data.
- You can revoke Enga.gd's access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Enga.gd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements). (YouTube API Services - Developer Policies)
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, or to object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@enga.gd.
9. Security
We employ encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular penetration testing and other measures described in our Security Statement. Still, no system is 100% secure.
10. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any updates here and, if the changes are material, notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
